Heartbreak Recovery & Relationship Trauma Healing

Helping you heal relationship wounds, reconnect with yourself, and create healthier relationships after heartbreak, divorce, betrayal, trauma, and life transitions.

Is this for you?

You may be in the right place if…

  • You are recovering from heartbreak, divorce, or betrayal
  • You keep repeating painful relationship patterns
  • You feel lost, disconnected, or unsure of who you are anymore
  • You grew up in dysfunction and are trying to break generational cycles
  • You feel emotionally shut down, anxious in relationships, or stuck in survival mode
  • You are a first responder struggling with emotional burnout, relationship strain, or disconnection

“You don't need to have everything figured out to start here. You just need to be ready for something different.”

What can begin to change here

Healing isn't about becoming a “better version” of yourself — it's about returning to who you are underneath survival patterns, heartbreak, and emotional conditioning.

As you move through this work, you may begin to notice:

  • You feel more grounded and connected to yourself
  • You start recognizing your relationship patterns instead of repeating them
  • You stop abandoning yourself in relationships or conflict
  • You feel more clarity about what you need and what you won't accept anymore
  • You begin to feel emotionally present instead of shut down or overwhelmed
  • You reconnect with a sense of identity beyond your past relationships, trauma, or work demands

For first responders, this can also look like:

  • Feeling more like yourself outside of the job
  • Reconnecting emotionally after years of staying in “function mode”
  • Experiencing more balance in your relationships and inner life

Ways to work together

How we work

Healing here is not about analyzing your life from a distance — it's about experiencing change in how you relate to yourself, your emotions, and your relationships in real time.

Many of the patterns people struggle with are not just cognitive. They live in the nervous system, in the body, and in relational experience. That's why our work tends to be experiential, embodied, and relational rather than purely conversational.

Our approach may include:

Somatic and nervous system-based work to help you regulate and feel more grounded
Gestalt and experiential approaches to explore patterns as they show up in the present moment
Attachment and relational work to shift how you show up in connection with others
Nature-based sessions to support clarity, presence, and emotional processing
Equine-assisted experiences (when appropriate and available) for real-time relational awareness
Virtual sessions for consistency and accessibility

This work isn't about fixing you.

It's about helping you come back to who you are.

Curious if this is the right fit?

A free 15-minute consultation is a space to briefly talk through what's going on, what you're looking for, and whether working together feels like a good fit.

No pressure. No commitment.

What We Offer

Support that meets you where you are — emotionally, physically, and in real life — so healing doesn't feel confined to a therapy office.

These are different ways we can do the same deeper work together, depending on what fits your life and needs.

Experiential sessions in nature

Experiential Sessions (Nature & Equine Work)

For clients who want a more experiential approach, sessions may include nature-based or equine-assisted work depending on location, fit, and availability.

These sessions support emotional awareness, nervous system regulation, and relational insight through direct experience rather than traditional office-based conversation.

Availability varies by season and location (including Littleton and select mountain-region settings when possible).

Virtual and flexible sessions

Virtual & Flexible Sessions

For times when in-person work isn't possible, virtual sessions offer consistency, depth, and flexibility.

We can still do meaningful relational and emotional work from wherever you are.

  • Virtual sessions available
  • Flexible meeting locations when appropriate
  • Consistency during transitions or busy seasons

Groups & Workshops (Online & Hybrid)

Healing doesn't only happen one-on-one.

Group work provides a powerful space to explore relationship patterns, attachment wounds, identity shifts, and emotional regulation alongside others who are going through similar experiences.

Offerings may include:

  • Heartbreak recovery groups
  • Relationship pattern awareness groups
  • Women’s or mixed relational healing groups
  • Online and hybrid formats (when available)
