Book a free 15-minute exploratory call

Two horses standing in a pasture at sunset

Contact · Steamboat Springs, Summit County & virtual across Colorado

Start with a free 15-minute exploratory video call. Share what you’re navigating and the kind of setting you’re interested in: outdoors or virtual (or ask about horses). You don’t need to have everything figured out to start here. You just need to be ready for something different. No pressure. No commitment.

Reach out

It helps to share:

  • What you’re hoping to change
  • Whether you’re interested in one-on-one therapy or a group, workshop, or retreat, or you’re not sure yet
  • Your preferred setting (outdoors, virtual, or ask about horses)
  • Your general location (city/town)

I’ll reply as soon as I can, typically within 1–2 business days.

What happens on the consult

It’s a short video call. We’ll talk about what’s going on, what you’re hoping for, and whether working together feels like a good fit. You can ask me anything about how I work, fees, or insurance. If I’m not the right fit for you, I’ll tell you honestly, and I’m happy to talk about where to look.

Where sessions happen

  • In person in Steamboat Springs and Summit County (Silverthorne and Frisco), often outdoors. We’ll begin somewhere private and comfortable, like a library meeting room or a coworking space. From there, the weather and your preference decide whether we meet at the library, a coworking space, or outdoors, on a trail or in open space.
  • Virtually, anywhere in Colorado, by secure video.
  • With horses. Ever wondered how horses help people heal? Ask about equine-partnered sessions.

Therapy is for Colorado residents only.

A note on privacy

Please keep private health details out of email and texts. Just share the basics: your name, the best way to reach you, and whether you’re interested in therapy or a group, workshop or retreat. We’ll talk about the rest on the call.

If you’re in crisis

Fire & Reins isn’t an emergency service. If you are in crisis, call or text 988. In an emergency, call 911.
